Sessions

A Co-development Hubs program involves 4 to 6 peers taking part in up to 7 sessions, each lasting 90 minutes. They are facilitated by a trained co-development coach.

Approach

Following the co-development methodology from A. Payette and C. Champagne, each participant uses one session to share a problem they face.

Outcomes

  • Set up and launch

    Participants are nominated, access the platform and meet their specially trained Co-development Hubs coach.
  • Introduction session

    The first digital coaching session is dedicated to introducing the methodology, sharing best practices and establishing a positive working alliance between all participants.
  • Co-development

    The coach leads participants through the co-development framework, facilitating discussion and supporting coaching behaviors within the group.
  • Final evaluation

    After the program ends, each participant completes their own final evaluation survey which measures coachee satisfaction and impact.
