Growing Through Change: Sara's Journey at CoachHub

By Sara, Enterprise Account Executive – Middle East
When I joined CoachHub three years ago, I never imagined how much I would grow both personally and professionally.
I started as an SDR, then became a Team Lead, and today I’m an Enterprise Account Executive for the Middle East. In three years, I’ve been promoted four times. Each new step taught me something new about leadership, resilience, and myself.
Learning to Thrive in Change
CoachHub has changed a lot since I joined and so have I. At first, I found the pace of transformation challenging. Things evolved quickly, and I didn’t always know what to expect. But over time, I learned to embrace change instead of fearing it.
Coaching played a big part in that. One sentence my coach told me really stuck with me: “Capacity is a mindset.”
That simple truth helped me see that I was capable of more than I thought. When things feel uncertain, I remind myself that growth and discomfort often come hand in hand.
Finding My Place in a Global Team
Even though I’m based in Germany, my team is spread across Paris, London, and New York. Working remotely hasn’t made us distant — quite the opposite. We connect daily, celebrate milestones, and support each other through everything from big wins to life moments.
I love how diverse CoachHub is. We collaborate across cultures, languages, and perspectives; and there’s a special kind of intelligence that comes from that mix.
I’ve also had the privilege of working with incredible female leaders who inspired and supported me along the way. Having role models who truly see you makes a difference.
What Keeps Me Inspired
For me, it’s the mission. CoachHub’s purpose; to democratize coaching for everyone, everywhere; is what gives meaning to my work. I’ve experienced firsthand how powerful coaching can be. It helps you grow, see yourself differently, and unlock potential you didn’t even know was there.
In the Middle East, where coaching is still new, I see how much impact we can make. It feels rewarding to be part of something that not only transforms organizations but also empowers people.
Looking Ahead
When I joined CoachHub, I wasn’t sure how long I’d stay. I just wanted to learn and explore. But the opportunities kept coming and every time I took one, it opened the door to another.
Here, when you show curiosity, ownership, and drive, your efforts are noticed. You grow with the company, and the company grows with you.
If I could share one thing with anyone thinking of joining CoachHub, it’s this: expect change, but embrace it. You’ll find purpose, amazing people, and endless chances to grow.
Because at CoachHub, growth doesn’t just happen to you, you create it.
FAQ
Success in leading through change is measured by how quickly performance recovers and how effectively new behaviors are embedded across the organization.
This includes both early signals such as clarity, confidence, and decision-making and longer-term outcomes like engagement, retention, and productivity. Organizations that track both behavioral and business indicators are better able to understand progress, identify risks, and sustain performance beyond the initial recovery phase.
Ultimately, successful restructuring is not defined by the new org chart, but by how quickly people adapt and how consistently they perform in the new environment.
When the change curve is not actively managed, organizations face compounding performance risks. These include slower decision-making, increased coordination costs, declining engagement, and prolonged productivity loss.
Over time, teams may revert to old behaviors, momentum fades, and change fatigue increases especially if multiple transformations occur in succession.
Each additional week spent in the dip increases the cost of disruption and delays the realization of transformation benefits, making recovery slower and less effective.
Organizations shorten the change curve by actively supporting behavior change at scale. This requires more than one-off interventions, it demands continuous reinforcement, alignment across leadership levels, and integration into daily work.
Behavioral science shows that change only sticks when it is reinforced consistently and over time. Organizations that provide structured, ongoing support such as coaching, are better able to accelerate adaptation, reduce uncertainty, and restore performance faster.
The goal is not to eliminate the dip, but to reduce its duration and severity.
