The challenge

The digital transformation that begun years ago at Eiffage prompted them to turn to new, innovative learning methods. The goal was to be able to support their managers when they take up new positions, in a context of constant change. As part of its policy to develop diversity in management, the group also launched a women leadership programme.

Eiffage Energie Systemes turned to CoachHub’s digital executive coaching solution to create and develop its talent pool, and help them face challenges such as taking up a new position and women leadership.

The CoachHub executive coaching programme builds into these two populations perfectly, through the customisation of its sessions to the participants’ needs, as well as the extensive amount of flexibility and autonomy they are granted.

The result

The collaboration between Eiffage Energie Systemes and CoachHub started with two programmes that focused on supporting managers taking up new positions and developing women leadership.

After a successful pilot, the company launched new projects in 2019 that brought HR perspective for the entire Human Resources staff and skills development for managers and top leaders.

Beneficiaries of CoachHub’s solution define areas of development prior to their sessions along with their line managers in order to structure their evolution and develop their potential most effectively. The digital aspect of the solution allows them to commit to each session with as much autonomy and flexibility as possible.
